Throughout her career, she has conducted comprehensive coding and compliance audits across outpatient, inpatient, procedures, and ancillary services. she possess a keen ability to assess provider documentation for compliance risks, ensuring strict adherence to CMS, CPT, ICD, and OIG guidelines. She is dedicated to fostering understanding among physicians and staff regarding correct coding protocols, crafting customized training programs, and spearheading initiatives aimed at optimizing coding precision and compliance standards.
